excellent locationrooftop accessreally good service
i found the location excellent for exploring manhattan. the rooftop access had staggering views and i enjoyed peaceful moments there. jasmine at the front desk shone, offering really good service.
the room felt a bit compact for a longer stay.

i was happy with the location. it was very close to a subway station. it made getting around easy.

the location had good access to the subway station. it took around 15 minutes to reach the center. the pin code entry system worked properly so i was ready to use it easily.
rooms are run down. i noticed hair on the toilet seat upon arrival indicating insufficient cleaning. there was noise from neighbors and drunk people at 2am.

The hotel's location was excellent. I appreciated the easy access to the subway nearby. The code access to both the building and my room worked well. I found the email directions very clear. I knew that phone support was available 24 hours before check-in.
The terrace was closed. I did not see any signs indicating this, a little disappointing.

The hotel features self-service options, but jasmine at the front desk offered superb support. she helped with questions and provided assistance quickly. the rooftop space is a true highlight. I enjoyed spending time there. the pin code entry to the rooms added security.
during my visit, the wifi was not working, and there was no available fix.

I appreciated the room having a fridge and microwave. It was also nice that the hotel offered a rooftop view. It had great storage space. The location was excellent.
The room lighting was very poor. The laminate on the side table was peeling off. I also heard every single person in the hall. Traffic from the street was audible.
